First Rate Movers only moves vertical (upright) pianos and only if a proper piano skid can be used. We will only move pianos if there are less than 6 stairs involved at either location. The piano must remain upright. We will not place a piano on it’s end in any case.
We charge flat rates to move pianos if they are the only item being moved. The rates can not be posted as they can vary depending on the locations involved and the access.
If a piano is being moved as part of a full relocation, the following is a list of typical surcharges that will apply in addition to the hourly rate:

|Upright tall piano (Studio)||45″-47″ tall; 400-500 Lbs||$175|

|Victorian or Player||53″-60″ tall; 600-800 Lbs||$350|
